The building is situated in a residential area, in front of St-Pierre Church (taxi station and RATP bus stop 43, 82, 174 in one minute), at 300 feet of City Hall of Neuilly-sur-Seine, five minutes of the Metro subway station LES SABLONS (line 1, bus stop RATP 73, Bb and night bus, Vélib'), between Charles de Gaulle Étoile Square and La Défense.
For cars, you have the underground garage parking VINCI Roule (car entry avenue Achille Peretti-before the Place de la Mairie, direct access on foot through the exit Rue Devès).
Coaches connecting Paris to Roissy Charles de Gaulle (Air France) and Paris-Beauvais-Tillé (official shuttle WizzAir, RyanAir, BlueAir) serve the Porte Maillot (about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus). The RER station (line C) Neuilly - Porte Maillot is close to these stops, as the metro station Porte Maillot.
Pharmacy store, Monoprix, bakeries, caterers, hairdressers, banks, travel agencies (including SNCF office ), a newsstand, the covered market CIME "Carreau de Neuilly, the Espace Saint-Pierre (shows, concerts, seminars), the cinema "The Village", various other shops are nearby (less than 5 minutes walk).
The Bois de Boulogne and the Jardin d'acclimation (at its border) are at less than a quarter of an hour on foot.
The building is a quiet, building (XIXth century), 4 storeys. The apartment is on the 1st floor, giving on one side of a garden, the other on a wide avenue with trees (the avenue Achille Peretti / avenue du Roule).
We live in close proximity (same address at the 2nd floor on the garden).
Printing House Imprimerie Schneider at the same address was founded in 1891. Its director since 1987 Gérard Laguilhémie was the collaborator of Maurice and Jean Schneider, who directed the firm from 1923 to 1987.
Another shop is currently occupied by a clothing store for children "Tartine et chocolat".
We offer our guests a room with a double bed, supplemented if necessary by another double bed (in the living room), the use of the living room with TV and a large kitchen/dining room (with fridge) for the preparation of breakfast and possibly other quick meals, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
The apartment has been completely refurbished since 2004.
Housing is equipped with a Wi-Fi Internet access. Bed linen and towels are provided. Hairdryer available.
Animals may not be admitted and it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
